        Once you’ve chosen the package you want to go ahead with, you will then go through to our shop. Here it’s just a case of entering a few basic details to secure our services. We’ll then follow up with a dedicated email with the questionnaire required for your package. Once you’ve sent it back to PenMyProfile, we’ll get started on your profile.

        We aim to get your drafted profile back to you within five working days. If you top up to our Skype Me package, it may take a little longer if we can’t find a suitable time to phone or skype you for your interview. While we hope to fulfil all profiles in these times, we hope you’ll understand if this takes a little bit longer – we are only human! At all stages we will keep you updated of our estimated delivery time. Patience is a virtue, but waiting for love is a different story!

        We know that when we’re dealing with something like love, we might not hit the spot first time. This is why with The Full Works package we allow you to send back the profile three times for us to make changes.
