If after three revisions you’re still not satisfied with our work, we will offer a full refund. However we can only work with what’s briefed to us and additional information / ideas introduced as we go along mean a new scope of work and may incur additional charges. Your order with Penmyprofile.com will expire after 40 days if Penmyprofile.com do not receive your completed questionnaire within that time frame. Penmyprofile.com will make every effort to remind you of this deadline but it is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to these timings. No correspondence will be entered into and Penmyprofile.com’s decision is final.
